IMHO there is no door for the tail wheel. Thats just a bad compression of the JPG image. Why goes a light stripe over the leg from the man in front of the tail? ;-)

Hello everyone,
I think falcon has it right. Along with passing through the man’s legs, the purported "K" tail wheel doors seemingly go partially across the rudder. I’ll stick with my Bf109G-14/AS designation. Steve Sheflin |
