Sadly this site is not as GOOD as the CGWC, where you can only put the DATE and you will have all names lost on the range you are looking for....
I had some 5-6 trys...and only got one joy. Gefreiter Franz Menter (born on the 26th Ocboter 1914 at Siegburg) was killed at Vannes-Meucon...Am trying to have the names of the other 9 airmen...

WHY the Germans made such a "mistery" on their Search Site? Why not making simple to check BY DATE and PLACE ???? Anyway....

Hi, all!

Just out of curiosity - was there a decoy airfield close to this site? I woud have read the text as:

Ausserdem wurde 1 S(cheinwerfer)-Anlage mit mehreren Sprengbomben angegriffen.

thus not a decoy airfield, but a searchlight facility.

Ahhh... but I have seen the holy grail! And it is painted RLM 76 all over with a large Mickey Mouse on the side, there is a familiar pilot in front of it and it has an Erla Haube!
