Hi David,

I have an address and a phone number from my last correspondence with Mr. Middlebrook which was a number of years ago - look out for a PM. I have to say that his last letter concludes " ....now all my records have gone ..."

Can't help with contacting Martin Middlebrook, but he is/was a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society, I wonder if that's where all his records went.
