Loss of He 111 P4+BA on 28 March 1940?
Hello all,
While researching Robert Kowalewski's career, I discovered that, in Shores and Williams, Aces High ... Volume 2, p.345 and on many websites, Caesar Hull is noted as having shot down a He 111 P4+BA on 28 March 1940. forum.12oclockhigh.net/showthread.php?t=41820 There is no loss on that date by the Korpsfuhrungskette recorded in the above thread. Is there any evidence to such a loss? Best regards, Jim Geens |

This aircraft was lost with a crew (pilot Ofw. Möller, observer Oblt. Gollmann) from 1.(F)/122. Both units were based together at Uetersen at that time.
