There is also Eastern Front and The Med in Theo Boiten's comprehensive Nachtjagd Combat Archive series. I could have sworn that there is another English language book devoted to this subject that was recently published.

Theo's book is excellent, ground-breaking. He includes lengthy extracts from an unpublished memoir, Heinz de Fries " Wir waren Nachtjäger - Kriegserlebnisse der Besatzung de Fries an der Ostfront" . Otherwise 'Night Fighter Aces of the Luftwaffe 1943-45' (Roba/Page, Casemate, 2025) has some decent material on NJG 100, including pilot 'profiles' and Sundin artwork.

Not a book, but my own "Nachtjagd Ost - Eastern Front night fighters of the Luftwaffe" in 'Luftwaffe fighters -Combat on all Fronts 2' (Mortons, 2023) is 20 pages. Page view shown covers IV./NJG 6 in Romania...

Theo's work is, indeed, very good, and he was kind enough to provide us with some assistance. However, our Nachtjagd Over the Eastern Front book is far more extensive, running to a total of 316 pages and focused exclusively on the Eastern Front. A great many years of research have gone into this by Sven, which we were able to add to in a way that allows us to tell the entire story in much greater depth than anything that has appeared previously. The result is a book we are all really proud of, and hopefully the readers enjoy it too!

Finally . That is definetaly must have publication for me

I have seen map showing routes from Italy to support Warsaw uprising.
Therefore I assume there is also a accompaying text describing encounters between SAAF/RAF/PAF Liberators & Halifaxes and nightfighters.
Are you also describing LW counteraction towards flights suppling Polish military undergrond before a/m uprsing?
Just roughly couting how many pages are covering these actions?

Hi Miroslaw,

Thank you for your interest in our book. We can confirm that we devote some text to the Warsaw Uprising supply flights and the German attempts to interdict them, as below.

There is a paragraph about the pre-Uprising supply flights on page 123, based on German and Allied records.

The section 'Western Supply Flights to Poland' begins on page 155 and runs to page 161.
