50 Sqn op 26/27 June 1940
Their Hampdens went to attack the aerodrome at Langen Hagen, 2 were shot down one flown by Wing Commander Crockart crashed into the sea. Does anyone know the actual number of 50 Sqn that took part in this raid?
With Thanks in advance Kind Regards Andy Bird |

Re: 50 Sqn op 26/27 June 1940
The Hampden flown by Wing Commander ND Crockart was P1329.
The other aircraft from 50 Sqn that was lost the same time was L4078 and was flown by P/O AS Luxmore

50 Sqn sent seven aircraft to Langenhagen, three claimed to have bombed, two bombed alternative targets and two failed to return
