Ju 88 Downed over England 17 Sept. 1940

I recently observed an Ehrenpokal (Honor Goblet) for a Luftwaffe officer named Leutnant Otto Heinrich that has the award date 6 October 1940, which is a very early award date for this award. I intially thought that Heinrich might be a fighter pilot, but after reviewing the German War Graves Web site and looking into the German losses that day, I now believe that Heinrich was a crew member of a Ju 88 that was shot down near Warminster on 17 September 1940. Heinrich is actually buried at the Cannock Chase Cemetery in England. Can anyone tell me anything about Heinrich's crew or aircraft? I would like to know what unit they flew with (assumably a Zerstoerergruppe [twin-engine fighter group]), the names of the crew members on board (I believe there were four), their fates and anything about the markings of the aircraft. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
