Re: DO-17 3445 KG 2

26-08-40 is the correct date and the WNr. is 3345. The WNr. was corrected in the loss report from 05-Sep. 1940. Chris is correct no casualties, therefor no names.

Reagrds,

Norbert

Re: DO-17 3445 KG 2

Hang on Guys

I hate loose ends. Why does BoB Now and then state an individual killed and 3 NCO's wounded if nobody was hurt? If untrue, where does Lt Sachse and his crew belong in such a case??

Cheers
Stig

Re: DO-17 3445 KG 2

According to the QMG's returns, Sachse was 7/KG 3 and if you look at BoBT&N, it says Sachse for 4/KG 2 and 7/KG 3. KG 2 history does not give a name for the crew......................
