154 Squadron Loss 14/1/45

I am trying to trace information on 150381 Flying Officer Albert Harding Hurst of 154 Squadron who was killed whilst flying from Biggin Hill on 14/1/45. What was the cause of his crash & where did he crash?

Any information gratefully appreciated.

Regards
