Fw 189 lost near Warsaw in July 1944

Hello,

does anybody know details regarding an emergency landing of a Fw 189:

place: southern outskirts of Warsaw
date: end of July 1944 (day not known, but probably 30 July 1944)
unit: probably from a recce squadron, maybe 11./11 or 11./12.

The Fw 189 should have been shot down by a Soviet fighter, probably around noon.

Does anybody have any details to this Fw 189 loss or concerning any loss of a recce unit in end of July 1944 that might fit?
Maybe someone has the summarized losses from BA-MA/Germany, so one could find a match or at least could exclude some units.
