Clive R.Caldwell

Hello

30/06/41

In ACES HIGH (old publication),p.163,the two Ju.87 shot down by Caldwell WERE flown by Lt.Wagner and Uffz.Walz of II/StG.2.

This information is totally absent in History of the Mediterranean Air War 1940-1945 vol.1(more recent publication)p.234!

SO? what must we deduce??

Thanks in advance
Michel

Re: Clive R.Caldwell

You can deduce what you want, but I can tell you it was a oversight between two of us each assuming the other was putting the info in. It will be corrected and updated

Russell

Hello Russell

Your answer is strange !!.......I deduce what I want!!!!

My question is only to know if that day, Wagner and Walz make good the losses of II/StG.2..... and so would be the victims of Caldwell.

What do you want me to deduce??for now I'm still in the "fog"!

Best Regards

Michel

Re: Clive R.Caldwell

Thanks Russell for that info!

Caldwell's claims in "A History of…" part 1 has been somewhat confusing but your post explains this!

Best wishes/Håkan
