Order of Service for Squadron Leader Neville Duke

Hi all,
As many of you will know, there was a Remembrance Service held at St Clement Danes for Squadron Leader Neville Duke. I have 5 spare copies of the service booklet for those that were unable to attend, that I can send to the first 5 that post a response requesting a copy.
