Many thanks to all for your input, much appreciated. Stig , the name and details came from Air 27 1691. The 312 Sqn. had a detachment at Penrhos and it was from there that the two Hurricanes operated on that day.

F/Lt Alexander A. M. Dawbarn (RAF) plane have code DUoT. See this link, where is photo and some info: https://fcafa.com/2012/06/02/hurrica...n-and-312-sqn/ Sgt J. Truhlář Hurricanes was in Hurricane I V6926 DU-X. FAenor
