Re: Luftwaffe Officer Karl Beilner, who was he?
I recently received a Luftwaffe Officers visor cap named to Karl Beilner.
When I googled his name I came up with this, Korpl Karl Beilner of Flik 35 received his Feldpilotenabzeichen on 5 May 1917. There was a winner of the Austro-Hungarian Golden Bravery Medal Aviation-Services, Karl Beilner, Zugsfuhrer, FliK 35, 21st Sept. 1918 Trying to find information if this is the same man and his Luftwaffe service.
