Some unknown fragment maybe from the wing

Hello experts, will anyone identify the fragment of the German airplane, please? Thanks for the ideas.

Looks like a trailing edge of a flap, but where was this piece found?

Yet another mystery made more difficult to solve due to a lack of scale in the photographs. For example, are all of those rivets spaced at millimeter/centimeter distances or Imperial distances? Who knows? There is no scale.

What is the dimension of that hole, and that patch? Beats me? There's no scale in the photos.

There should be a rule on the forum. All ID photos SHALL INCLUDE SCALE. No scale: photo removed as a waste of every ones time.

It's so simple, and it's SOP in EVERY field and profession.

Thank you for your opinions, this part comes from the crash of an unknown aircraft. Unfortunately, I can not now take a picture of it. It's not mine and I do not have it. It was shot at the museum fast. I really did not have a meter to measure the fragment size. I still wanted to try to help with the identification.

For anyone posting a picture of an aircraft fragment, including a ruled scale is the ideal but even an object with known dimensions is helpful — e.g. your phone, a store loyalty card or whatever you have with you that you can measure later.

Thank you for taking the trouble making the pictures. Even a sigaret lighter would be helpfull in helping to id this piece. I do understand that one not always have a ruler at hand but every little bit can help.

@ bronc do chill a bit.
