Re: German loss 03/04 May 1941 Le-Bourget airfield
The next plea... one of many!
On the night of the 03/04 May 1941, a 23 squadron Havoc claimed a JU88 probable and a He111 destroyed over Le-Bourget airfield. Does anyone have any information, details if this is reported and who these aircraft belonged to? The 23 squadron Havoc was chased off by German aircraft so interested to see if the German aircraft also reported a claim? Thanks to all! Danny

Re: German loss 03/04 May 1941 Le-Bourget airfield
Same again. Although the Germans acknowledge Le Bourget was bombed, I can see no losses on 3, 3/4 or 4 May 1941 and no mention is made in German records of any such losses or combats. The Luftwaffe only recognised destroyed not probables or damaged so no claim
