German Fighterlosses February 22nd. 1944
Hi.
Does anybody have information about German Fighterlosses in February 22nd.1944 in Austria ? The US Airforce attacked Regensburg AF factory that day. Every help is appreciated. Thanks Chris |

according to Jagdfliegerverbände Vol. 13/V and 13/VI the following loss locations are known: Pöllau near Graz Bf 109 G-6 WNr. 411434 Oblt Herbert Nagel 2./JG 27 † near Birkfeld Bf 109 G-6 WNr. ? red 9 Uffz Helmut Beckmann 2./JG 27 unhurt Neutersdorf near Fürstenfeld Bf 109 G-6 WNr. 160655 Uffz Horst Seebold 3./JG 27 † near Veran, 60 km northeast of Graz, belly landing Bf 109 G-6 WNr. 27141 Oblt Emil Kaiser 3./JG 27 wounded 20 km northeast of Salzburg Bf 109 G-6 WNr. 411270 Oblt Walter Burghoff 1./JG 301 wounded Penk Bf 109 G-6 WNr. 411244 Uffz Heinrich Block 2./JG 301 wounded Regards Leo |
