Re: 1.JG53

I have the following JG53 losses on June 6, 1940:

I./JG53 Messerschmitt Bf109E-1. Wrecked in taxying accident. Pilot unhurt. Aircraft a write-off.

1./JG53 Messerschmitt Bf109E-1 (1346). Engaged by ground fire near Metz during transit flight from Wiesbaden to Charleville and lost bearings. Belly-landed north of Faverolles, north-west of Langres. Uffz P. Grond evaded but captured 4 days later at La Neuville-sous-Monfort. Aircraft 8 + a write-off.

7./JG53 Messerschmitt Bf109E-1. Shot down by Adj Crocq of GC II/1 in combat south-east of Soissons and crashed north of Belleu 8.50 a.m. Fw H. Galubinski baled out and captured wounded. Aircraft a write-off.

Re: 1.JG53

Spelling Golubinski would make more sense, a typo perhaps?

Re: 1.JG53

In fact the name stacked in the reports is Galubinski, I wrote Golubinski out-mind because it sounds me more realistic, maybe becoming german the name inflexed from Golu to Galu...
