Data for Ford/Brisbane 200gal tank

Does anyone know when last of Ford's 200gal tanks were delivered and/or when their 155gal tank were first used by 348th FG?

My sources state 4000 200gal tanks and 20000 155gal tanks ordered from Ford Aug 1942.

The mount design was compatible to P-47C and D-2/-4, the four point design for the Republic 200gal Ferry Tank, but D-5 & Subs were delivered w/factor B-7 bomb rack.

Second question - when did the P-47D-15/-16s become operational w/348FG to enable pylon carried drop tanks?

Thank you in advance.

Bill
