Peter Seniavski evaded after Schweinfurt Raid

So I was told many years ago, a man called Peter Seniavski was a flight engineer who was shot down in a B-17 (?) during the Schweinfurt Raid, and after bailing out he evaded capture and despite not having a change of cloaths or any help, he managed to reach Spain in approximately eight days, before being interned.

I'd be interested in any further details on his aircraft, unit and other crew members.

I also heard a story that may relate to Peter Seniavski in that a USAAF crewman evaded capture by pushing a wheelbarrow of manure in front of him, so that to anyone looking at him he looked like an ordinary farm worker or a POW employed to work on a farm. Unusual but effective!

It is filed under the name "Senlawsky".

Thanks for your replies.

Its an education reading the evaders report; my first thought was how to interpret the hand writing! Luckliy the report was fully typed at the end, so for anyone new to this (USAAF is not my specialist subject) scroll to the end to see the typed version!
