Ju 88 Losses KG54 10.9.40

Can anybody clarify the exact crews and a/c lost during 10.9.40 , as there appears to be a descrepancy some where along the line with KG54 losses.

Ju 88A-1 W.Nr 3093 Lt Fischer attributed to this a/c and recorded so in the Battle of Britain Then and Now by W.Ramsey.
Whereby, Siegfried Radtke gives this as being flown by Oblt Karl John.

Ju 88A-1 W.Nr 4146 Oblt John in BoBTN, Lt Fischer in Radtke's KG54 Chronik book, also gives the W.Nr as 4016 and 4116?

Any help would be most appreciated.
Regards,
Steve.

Re: Ju 88 Losses KG54 10.9.40

Steve,

Updated details are as follows:

5./KG54 Junkers Ju88A-1 (3093). Crashed and burned out at Saint-André-de-l’Eure due to engine fire on return from night sortie to London. Lt Wilhelm Fischer and Gefr Friedrich Kuhn killed, two crewmen believed injured. Aircraft a write-off.

6./KG54 Junkers Ju88A-1 (4146). Failed to return from night attack on London and believed crashed in the Vosges near Climont. Oberlt Karl John, Uffz Siegfried Schauer, Gefr Hans Weiler, and Uffz Gustav Flamm killed. Aircraft B3+DP lost.
The dates of death of gunners Siegfried Schauer and Gustav Flamm are incorrectly recorded as 10 November 1940 in the records of the VDK.

Good afternoon Ed and Peter.
Many thanks for confirming the above details surrounding the loss of these two a/c. Would appear that Radtke got them mixed up.
Thanks again chaps.
Steve.
