Can anyone let me known crew details for the following crash:
13.04.1940.
1/Kü.Fl.Gr.106.
Heinkel He115B. Operational sortie. Force-landed near Traelvikosen, near Bronnoysund, near Island Vega, Norway. Oblt. Hans Hattenbach (FF) captured. (Believed shot on 06.06.40 at Skorpa, Norway). Oblt. zur See ? (B) killed. 2 crewmen missing. Aircraft lost

My interpretation of the 21.6 correction #118 is that 1. the pilot, Hattenbach, was shot while in captivity, 2. the beobachter , Bärner, was taken to England as a POW, and 3. the two other, unnamed, crewmen were "returned" (liberated?).

Flugzeugführer Oblt Hattenbach, Hans, gefangen
Beobachter Oblt.z.S Bärner, Hermann, gefangen
Bordfunker Ofw Pfau, Wilhelm, gefangen
Bordmechaniker Obgfr Stroge, Heinrich, gefangen
Notlandung bei Insel Vega infolge Flakbeschuß (FT: Brauche keine Hilfe). Flugzeug zu RNoAF als F.64. Bruch ? %. Oblt Hattenbach am 1940-06-06 abgeschossen.

Hi Matti I have F.64 as WNr.1894 later in England as serial BV187 something must be wrong

Yes, you are right, because also:
1940-04-12, 2./Kü.Fl.Gr. 506, He 115 A-3, 1894, Norwegische Küste
Flugzeugführer Ofw Plein, Hans, gefangen
Beobachter Oblt.z.S Rößler, Günther, gefangen
Bordfunker Obgfr Snay, Paul, +
Unbekannt. Bruch ? %. Von Norwegen erbeutet und als F.64 im Dienst. Obgfr Snay am 1941-05-27 tot angeschwemmt.

WNr.1894 was a He115B I think.
Is it confirmed that this is the machine that went to F.64 please?
