Heimat Flak - Luftwaffe and Allied Air Forces Discussion Forum

Does anyone have any info at all on the Heimat Flak, e.g Uniforms, entrance requirements, were they full time, organisation structure etc.
The reason I ask is that I have a photo of a Great Uncle who served in it (in uniform), but I know very little about the Heimat flak.
