Luftwaffe Claim 4 October 1943 In Daylight
Greetings All,
Has anyone any Luftwaffe claims for the 4 October 1943 over the North Sea IN DAYLIGHT please? Lancaster DS721/U of 115 Squadron was on a Air Sear Rescue sortie searching for the crew of a B17 Flying Fortress at the time it was Lost without trace. It took off from Little Snoring, Norfolk at 0652 hours 4 October 1943. Any information would be most appreciated. Thanks, Digger. |
