Henry Sakaida, author & researcher on japanese aviation and soviet military

Hello

Apparently Henry Sakaida have passed away. A hard and surprising blow as he was still very active and not that much old. Another talented researcher and author that will be missed.

For those who doesn't know him: https://www.pacificwrecks.com/people...ida/index.html

Best regards

That website must be 15 years old as he would be almost 67 now not 49. Another sad loss though

Good point, Peter. This is probably the work that gave him his fame.
For the record, he also wrote some good work on female Russian snipers
