Combat 21/7/44

I am looking for details of the combat involving 235,248,406 Squadrons, who claimed 6 bombers and several more probably destroyed and damaged. I have seen the German aircraft described as Ju188 or He177.

Re: Combat 21/7/44

235, led by Wg Cdr Yonge, got 2 Do 217s, 248 led by Flt Lt Passey, got one more and an hour or so later, 248 Sqn (lefd by Fl;t Lt Nunn) claimed a He 177 which was probably a recce Ju 88. 406 claimed 4.5 Do 217s-KG 100 lost just 3
