Gr Kdr KG 6 Jun 44
Can anyone tell me who commanded I Gruppe between the death of Hptm Johann Thurner on 11 Jun 44 and the arrival of Maj von der Fecht on 18 Jul 44 and the death of Maj Rudolf Puchinger of III Gruppe on 13 Jun 44 and the arrival of Hptm Hans Baasner on 12 Aug 44. NVMs do not give a clue

The appendix in Peter Taghon’s KG 6 history has only the commanders you mention, no names to fill the “gaps”.

Thanks Nick. It seems that one of the St Kap must have covered. I have 1 Staffel as Hptm Wilhelm Traxlmayr or Hptm Karl Ladner; 2 Staffel Hptm Erwin Lissat or Hptm Jost Burghard; 3 Staffel Hptm Wilhelm Bertram
