"Winged devil (?) riding a bomb" emblem
Can anyone identify the Lw bomber unit this emblem belonged to?

Dénes, I think that it was 3./KG 77 emblem.

Looking at the LEMB images, it appears that it is a nightmare creature. It has human legs that end in hooves. The tattered wing edges are most strange. I would say the face is bat-like. That said, the connection to KG 77 is the most likely.
Perhaps taken from a story book from the period? Minus the bomb, of course. Ed |

Thank you all for the leads. So it was most probably used by 1./KG 77 on its Do 17s in 1940.
