on 31 Dec 1943 five B-24 crashed in France: MACR 3605 41-29248 MACR 1679 42-7577 MACR 1680 42-7581 MACR 1676 42-7605 MACR 3093 42-7754. Reegards Leo

All five are listed by the database http://francecrashes39-45.net/rech_avion.php, with crew lists and crash location. Four actually crashed on French soil, the last one in the Bay of Biscay off Carcans, Gironde.
