Details on Lt. Otto Teschner Stab IV./NJG1, KIA 24-25 December 1944

Dear all,

Who can help me with a few additional details on Lt. Otto Teschner of Stab IV./NJG1, who was killed in action on 24-25 December 1944. I would like to have his correct date of birth, a confirmation that he served as Technical Officer of IV./NJG1, and a confirmation of the fact that he was initially buried in Dortmund.

(I have highly detailed information on his final sortie, which will be published in my new series of books with Wing Leader).

Cheers and thanks, Theo

As far as I can read Verlustmeldung says;
Date of birth 17.07.1911.
Place of crash: 3 km östlich Dortmund
Grab: Wird nachgemeldet (will be reported later)
According to records of Horst Münter he was indeed the TO and was buried in Dortmund: Grave 140/250.
