code fuselage Curtiss H75 C. Plubeau

Hello everyone,
Camille Plubeau was shot down in air combat on June 9, 1940 between Roisy and Saul-Saint-Remy near Rethel in the Ardennes. He flew the Curtis H75 No. 218 to GC II / 4.It was coded by what number on the fuselage?
thank you in advance for your answers, it is to do it in model.
