Me210 lost North of Brindisi 04.12.1943
Does anyone know whether an LW unit lost a Me210 or similar aircraft North East of Brindisi on this date?
I am also seeking details of a Do217 (or similar aircraft) lost 07.05.1944 in the same area. regards Keith

The first was an Me 410 of 2.(F)/122.

I have
4 Dec 1943 2(F)./122 Me 410 F6+YK 100206 Shot down by a fighter over Bari, 100%, Oblt. Josef Schumm (F) and Uffz Heinz Kummer (Bf) MIA. see http://www.luftwaffedata.co.uk/wiki/...._122_Dec_1943 Petrick/Stocker "Me 210/410 Hornisse/Hornet" have this as an A-3 built at Augsburg possibly converted from Me 210 stock.
