Russian author Vladimir Kotelnikov

Hello,

Could anyone put me in contact with Russian author Vladimir Kotelnikov?
He wrote many books and articles about Allied and Axis aircraft and I would like to ask him a question about one of his books.

Thank you for any help!

Hans
