Found a "Sterbe karte", with this name, date of death 18.12.39, "Abgeschossen+Untergegangen", could be an english man ? that day Wellingtons hv a trend to fly badly.

There is the F/O Oliver John Trevor Lewis (the initials do not match though).

P/O Norman Leonard Lewis, Service no. 40399 was the pilot of the Wellington N2870 99 Sqn, which was lost on 14 Dec 1939 over the North Sea (entries in CWGC and the Bomber Command Loss Card).
