Here's an equivalent He111 plate but in somewhat better condition clearly showing the "Fabr.Nr." entry (Fabrikationsnummer or Fabriknummer; factory number or serial number)...

I have never seen either Fahr. or Fahrgestell, which I believe translates to chassis, on an aircraft plate. So Number 254 is not good for crew and unit identyfication ?
(On base this number is not possible say something more) As I know technical data plate has been found in North East part of Poland.
