General Dietl Ju52 crash 23/6/44

Hi guys

General Dietl was one of several killed in a Ju52 crash on 23 June 1944.

I assume this was an accident?

Cheers

As far as I know, there never were an g11e, only a planned series to be built by ATG that was not realized. You had a French-built g10e and g14e.
W.Nr. 7596 was a g8e built by JFM, Bernburg.

Re: General Dietl Ju52 crash 23/6/44

To complete the story ...

Gebirgs-Korps.

Re: General Dietl Ju52 crash 23/6/44

Enrico Adami-Rossi seems to be a silly misidentification... killed in this crash was Generalleutnant Franz Rossi, Kommandeur of Divisionsgruppe "Rossi" in the XIX. Gebirgs-Korps.
