Re: A few very stright and simple question, :-)

Hi byron
Can you short explain me, what exactly your book is about? I know the title, also what is inside, but what was your main objective during writing it?
Everyone who writes has own vision about own efforts (sometimes a lot of work) and what was yours?
Why did you do this title?

For example to present:
all about LW's OdB in Greece?
or
all about LW's combat diary in Greece?
Other thing?

Regards,
mirekw

Just to give notice that I'm planning to move this thread to the "Books" section on 1 November.

P.S. Congratulations on the book, Byron.

Hello Nick,

Thanks for your congratultions.
Could you please alow my book thread to appear in this section for a few weeks more? maybe it could help get some more visitors viewing it
while it`s still fresh?

Hi Mirek,
good question !!

my main object was to determine:

all the junits, big or very small, the exact period they served in Greece, their bases, their commanding officers, Crews, fieldpost numbers and most of all, losses of planes and crew members and this was the most difficult part of the research.

My new book "Die deutsche Luftwaffe in Griechenland im II. W.K. 1941-1945"

Bryon

This book looks extremely interesting indeed, covering in detail a significant chapter in the history of Luftwaffe operations, something which has been seriously lacking for some time.

Can I ask whether there are any future plans to publish this work in English?

Regards Richard.

Dear friends,

today I received the books from the print shop and tomorrow I'll start shipping to those who have made an order.
There are some people who haven't messaged me their addresses yet, if you're still interested please do so or I'll assume you have withdrawn your enquiry.

Many thanks,
Byron
