Me 110 victory may 10 1940

Dear searchers,

I'm looking for any information about an Me 110 air victory around Luneville-Epinal sector (East of France) on may 10 1940.

The french downed plane was an Curtiss H-75. The Me 110 covered an air raid and the dogfight occured around 15h00 / 15h30 PM.

I believe the german plane was from I. ZG26.

I've read some of the members of this forum made searches about air victories for the ZG 26. Maybe someone could help. Any information welcome.

This is what I have from the STB book Battle of France 110 claims this day:

GC 3/4 H-75 #138 Luneville 1600hrs
GC 3/4 H-75 #60 Epinal 1600 hrs
GC I/5 H-75 Suipes 0545 hrs 3/ZG 26

GC 3/7 M406 #598 Luxevil 1540 hrs
GC 3/7 M406 # unk Luxevil 1545 hrs

It looks like one of the first 2 may be the claim

The first two are from II/4 not 3/4 and right, they are the planes i'm looking for. Any idea about the Me110 unit involved in the fight ?



Planes downed for Luxeuil area were MS406 from GC II/7 (not 3/7).

The book does not mention which Bf 110 units were involved in these fights.
