What aircraft type would be this ? looks a little like SU-2 .....or HE-112

Should be identifiable. The horizontal stabilizer is very distinct, being large and with a very long length.

Here's another picture of what appears to be the same aircraft in semi profile.

Looks like a Heinkel He112?

The wings made me think of a MiG-3 but tail make it almost sure to be a (rumanian ?) He 112.

Could well be though from the gun sight of an other Romanian aircraft

perhaps during training
