Dutch Airwar Study Group

Dutch Airwar Study Group 1939-1945, also known as SGLO (Studie Groep Lucht Oorlog) web site no longer seems to work.

Does anyone know if they have a new address.
Secondly is their book on WW2 Airfields in Holland out yet?
