Oblt Alfred Wehmeyer 7/ZG26 1.6.42
Hi folks, can anybody confirm the unit code of Wehmeyer's Me110C-5
when he was shot down 1.6.42 in North Africa. Oblt Alfred Wehmeyer was Staffel Kapitan 7/ZG26. I have conflicting information giving 3U+CR and 3U+HR. The Werknummer was 2233 im quite sure of , who can confirm please. Best regs, Steve. |

I have the same info. THe 'CR' is from the GenQu. loss, but the 'HR' is in Obermaier and also the loss list from Hans Ring that I have. This is, I presume, derived from the NLV.

Hi Jim, a bit of a puzzle this one, i dont know which to go for.
