Re: F/O Gazette date - Foxley-Norris, Nov 1939

Hi all,

I have tried to confirm the date and Gazette date that Christopher Foxley Norris received his rank of Flying Officer, I believe it was the 03 Nov 1939? Can anyone please confirm this, thanks.

Danny

Andy,

That's interesting, by any chance do you have any of his reflection from his type in the BofF and his service with 13 Sqn? Seen the info in his book.

Thanks

Danny
