Help identifying WWII nightfighter aircrews

Bit of a long shot - I am trying to tie-up loose ends from the 456 Sqn RAAF ORB. Several Non-Australian aircrew were posted in, particularly during the early establishment (1941/42), although details are scarce. Many crews went on to other Commonwealth nightfighter squadrons and I have attempted to search these records for clarifications. Am seeking help identifying any of following with full names and/or service numbers, details of service or corrections. Included are approximate dates with 456 Sqn RAAF, known service numbers and other postings.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

regards, Drew

Re: Help identifying WWII nightfighter aircrews

Quick update…

Just noticed a W/O M A Chalmers was Nav/R for W/O H J C Johnson (RAAF) of 89 Sqn RAF in 1945. Team claimed two bombers on 3/4 Mar 45 over CBI. Although not confirmed with name or service number it seems likely it was the same Chalmers listed in the 456 Sqn RAAF ORB during Jun 42.
