Help translating from German (names)

Please,

Could someone who understand Old German help me translating the names below.

I got Major Schwarzer but the others are hard to decipher...speciall to someone who do not speak too much German...only words.

Oberst Kodt (?) Rodt (?)
Lt Stug (? H
Chef (zur see) Stelle (?)
