Fw 190D production

I'm interested in learning about the production of the Fw 190D variants. Can anyone tell me:

1. How many of each variant was produced?

2. How many of these saw service, and from when? Was it only the D-9?

3. How many of those which saw service had a gun armament other than the standard 2 x MG 131 + 2 x MG 151?

Re: Fw 190D production

Thanks gentlemen, I might well do, but for the present I just wanted a quick answer, which I think I've found - i.e., that the vast majority of D series which got into service were the D-9, and all of these had 2 x MG 131 and 2 x MG 151.
