wanted to ask for help in identyfying this pilot
and type of aircraft.

@ hopsi,

Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-8, W.-Nr. 172721 possibly out of a batch manufactured by FWC (Focke-Wulf, Cottbus). About the pilot i've no idea unfortunately, but hopefully some others members from here may have one.

Could very well be a IV./JG 54 a/c. Can you add more details to the picture? Where does it come from? Source? Perhaps that would shed light on the identity of the pilot or confirm the unit.
