Password restoration for Andrey Dikov

Dear admins,

our member Andrey Dikov asked me to publish this request for help:

"Dear Administrators,

I'm a board member since early 2000s. I can't recall the password and so I lost ability to post on TOCH.

When I try to use "Restore password" option, nothing happens - I do not receive email in my mail box (rus_oberstATmail.ru).

Also there's no possibility to register for a second time on board now.

So this is a dead end.

My identity could be verified by a number of boards members such as Christer Bergstrom, Andrew Arthy, Carl-Fredrik Geust, Kari Lumppio, Jan Bobek, some of whom know me personally in real life for years.
