Bordschützenschule Kdr. Question

The attached is from a Bordmechanikerschein and I am trying to nail down the identity of the signature. In the timeframe in question the original owner of the Schein was assigned to 1./Bordschützenschule.

Michael Holm's http://www.ww2.dk/air/schule/various.htm and the excellent 'Luftwaffe Officer Career Summeries' has the man in question as Oberst Fritz Baucus.

My question is whether this signature actually is Baucus or someone completely different. I can see the 'F' but have yet to be convinced on the signature a sa whole.

As always all help will be gratefully received.

Regards Richard.

Re: Bordschützenschule Kdr. Question

That signature belongs to an officer commanding a sub-section of the school, not the school itself.

Bordschützenschule Kdr. Question

Thanks for that Kevin, wishful thinking on my behalf me thinks! Realistically, I am not confident in getting a name to that particular signature.

Regards Richard.
