Info wanted on HE111's A1+BR and A1+FR (7./KG53)

Hi all,

I would like to get information on crashes conserning these two HE111.

Wilhelm Kriessmann crashlanded his A1+BR on Juli 5th, 1943. I'm not looking for information on this crash, but any other crash with an HE111 bearing the code A1+BR.

Thanks in advance,

Thomas

Do you or do you not want info on Willi's crash-landing (I do have photos, an account and a copy of his Flugbuch)? What date/timescale for the A1+BR and what do you want to know about A1+FR???? According to Lt Siegfried Jessen's Flugbuch, he flew BR 15 Feb 43, 15 Mar 43, 11 May 43. He flew FR 24 & 25 Mar 43, 6 May 43. Willi flew BR 24 May 43, 19 Jun 43, 2 Jul 43, 4 Jul & 5 Jul 43. He flew FR 18 Feb 43, 15 Jun 43

Hi Chris,

I'm not looking for info on Willi's crash, just want to know if there is any information on another crashlanding of A1+BR. Don't have any timeframe.

For the A1+FR is would also line to know if there is any information on a crashlanding (see pic).

Regards, Thomas

It could also be ER and the problem is, so little apparent damage and the kennzeichen would probably not be recorded

Thanks again for you reply Chris. It is the A1+FR, another picture I have shows that. You are right that there isn't much damage, didn't know that no record would be made in that case?

There would be a record but details would be minimal apart from Wk Nr, cause, percentage damage, location, cause and if there were any crew casualties but without an approximate date, this would be difficult but not impossible
