68 Sqn is on a distinguished road
68 Sqn Staff member Christian names

Hi all.
In the study of 68 Sqn ORB I found the names of officers unknowns. (They are not in The London Gazette ) . Does anyone know the christian names :
F/O G. Rathbone - I.O.
F/O Houghton - pilot went to 406 Sqn
F/O S.C. Thornley - I.O.
F/O B.F. Tindale - nav.
F/O D.K. Murray - T(s)
F/Lt Sawyer - nav.
F/Lt Hackworth - Jones
